Since you can see the finished product when you order, all sales purchased under “Ready to Ship” are final, with no exchanges or returns.

If you ordered a piece under “Made to Order” or “Custom Order” and you were not completely satisfied with the final product, you may return the piece and apply your 50% deposit as a credit towards another piece.
